Who knew that when I would be writing a post about Kawasaki that it would be about a disease and not the motorcycle??? I knew when I talked to the doctor and told him about Jackson's newest complaint of neck pain and a fever and the doctor tikd me to come down that it wasn't good. When we were in the examin room and the doctor walked us personally over to the ER that it really wasn't looking good. While in the ER we became a little bit of a show with doctors and medical students. Apparently, Kawasaki is rare and you don't see it in person very often so everyone wanted to stop by. After getting him hydrated by IV and a bed opening up in Roseville we were off by ambulance. Jackson peeked up from the IV and was excited to travel in style. Mommy was just hoping she didn't get car sick from being straped down riding backwards.
